Research on Energy Transmission Mechanism of the Electro-Hydraulic Servo Pump Control System

The electro-hydraulic servo pump control system (EHSPCS) is a volume that uses permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with fixed displacement to directly drive and the hydraulic cylinder. energy transmission law of very complicated due transformation electrical, mechanical as well other fields, qualitative analysis transfer efficiency difficult. Energy EHSPCS under different working conditions loads proposed in this paper. First, flow mechanism was analyzed, mathematical models key components were established explore characteristic state transition rule. Second, power bond diagram model built, its equation matrix deduced, simulation built. Finally, combined experimental platform, experiments carried out on dynamic position following steady-state holding system, variation rules each obtained. research results provide foundation for study matching energy-saving EHSPCS.
